Vengeance Attacks Reporter!

New York City, Jan. 27 - After reports of Vengeance's mysterious disappearance during the X-Ball Press Tour of New York City went out on the wire, journalists scoured the city, looking for the lost Reptile 2 Da Maxx.

Karl Hoss, a reporter for the daily tabloid TV show Access X-Ball, was tailing a large green mutant reptile believed to be Vengeance near the United Nations building. As shown in the dramatic footage above, Vengeance charged Mr. Hoss and knocked his camera out of his hand. He then effusively apologized, picked up Mr. Hoss' camera and promised to return it to him if he promised not to do any more filming. Mr. Hoss agreed and promptly aired his footage on national television.

The mystery remains however as to what Vengeance was doing at the United Nations at all. According to a high-ranking official with the UN, who spoke with X-Ball Online on the condition of anonymity, the visit was entirely unexpected - though not unwelcome. "Vengeance was surrounded by all manner of UN personnel asking for autographs and whatnot. Even the Security Council came down to see what all the fuss was about. Harri Holkieri, the President of the General Assembly, did not present himself downstairs, but instead invited Vengeance up to his office for a private conference." The nature of their discussion is not known at this time.

Vengeance later reappeared with the rest of the X-Ball representatives and continued with the tour as previously scheduled.
