In what was certainly a major step forward in their bid for freedom from Nakamaji-imposed slavery, the Reptiles 2 Da Maxx entered the lobby of Nakamaji Labs and secured the area through a lot of roaring and stalking around, as reptiles are wont to do.

Though initially employees put up some resistance, most of the pockets of rebellion had been routed by midafternoon. By evening, only a few fires remained burning, mostly in the north- and southeast corners of the lobby.

"Level 2 is now ours!" bellowed Adrenaline as he crushed several fine Pottery Barn chairs with his metallic pincer hands. "We've advanced to the next stage of combat!"
