Snowmen Play Mom's Basement

"It's All Good," says Coolboard Luke

The Extreme Snowmen pretty much hit rock bottom last night when they played their first gig in Redd's mom's basement.

"Yeah, well after we found out we had to cancel the whole tour, we started looking for other venues," said Coolboard Luke. "Unfortunately, everything was booked, and I mean everything. The Boy Scouts may be able to fit us in some time next month, but that's it."

In order to take matters into their own hands, the Snowmen decided it was a basement show or nothing.

"It wasn't really that bad," said Redd, "once you got rid of the piled up newspapers and sopped up the muddy water, it's a really nice crawlspace."

Tickets were set at $5, and were made before hand using some construction paper and crayons. The show was attended by Redd's mother, who is blind and deaf.
